Our tree... the bottom of the tree still looks a little bare this year. Landon already broke two ornaments before Christmas that had to be super glued back together. He thinks the ornaments are just new tiny toys for him.
We celebrated with Nana and Papa on Christmas Eve. Skittles got the first gift - a new doggy bed.
Do you know Caillou? If you don't - be thankful. Well he's fine just a kid show that Landon is somewhat obsessed about. He LOVES Caillou right now.
You should hear Landon say "fire fighter " in his little voice.
Nathan reading the Night Before Christmas to the kids.
Leanna got a Paper Jamz for Christmas from Santa. She has been rocking it out.
Landon got a plasma car from Santa. He has speeding around the house.
Two cute girls- Leanna and Emily wearing their new matching shirts.
Great- Grandaddy holding Edison.
Uncle Todd gave Leanna some FAKE cigarettes as a joke gift. They have always enjoyed the candy cigarettes together so I guess was the next step, but Leanna says they make her nervous so she has them hidden in her desk.
Doesn't Edison look excited to open gifts?
Of course Uncle Todd made sure to label his gifts!
Landon enjoying his new tunnel.
And his new grill.
Uncle Todd and Landon playing on an old Nintendo.

Christmas 2011
We begin with the annual trip to Opryland Hotel and looking at all of their beautiful decorations. It usually puts me in the Christmas spirit and the kids always enjoy the lights. This is what happens when you tell Landon to smile. He squints!
My version of a somewhat artsy photo of Leanna on the escalator.
I think Landon found his new excitement- escalators! He loved riding up and down once he got over the initial fear.
Landon - 2 years and 3 months
Leanna- 11 years and 11 months.
The weekend before Christmas we went to Bobbie's. It was full house and we enjoyed spending time with family.
Our group photo- I think it turned out pretty good.
Ignore the fact that my youngest is only in a diaper. I think we had just eaten lunch so we were trying to save his clothes from food! See how attentive everyone is to Edison. We had so much fun getting to hold him and watch all his cute moves.
Landon really wanted Edison to play with him and his toys. He kept bringing toys to him saying "play Edson." Very sweet- if he cried, Landon would be over there patting him saying "its ok Edson"
One afternoon we made Christmas cookies, decorated them and delivered some to our neighbors. Landon had to taste test every one he decorated.
Leanna was the artist with icing and sprinkles. I especially liked her poisettia.
