Trick or Treat 2011

Doesn't Landon look sneaky in this picture?  Thanks Mrs.Donette for the two absolutely adorable outfits for Landon.  They fit perfect and couldn't be any cuter!

My little lion for Halloween.  He loved trick or treating this year.  We went all around the neighborhood and he even went for a hayride around the block.

Here's my 80's girl.  Doesn't she look hip with her fingerless gloves, leg warmers, blue eyeshadow and teased bangs.  Watch out Cyndi Lauper!!

Leanna thought it would be funny to say "like, totally trick or treat" to people.  What a girl.
Who doesn't love showing off their new underwear.  These are Nathan's old under-roos... Remember those?  Landon thinks he is such a big boy with these on.

Fall Fun

What cuties!  We went to a pumpkin patch/farm one Friday over Fall Break and had a blast.
Leanna- a little over 5' tall.
Landon- about 2 1/2' tall and looks like he got caught doing something.

Nathan trying to beat the kids at a game- he's so competitive.
Leanna somewhat unwillingly rode in the train so she could keep an eye on Landon.  She does look a bit smushed.

Happy Birthday Landon

I enjoy making my kid's birthday cakes each year.  Since Landon was  into "farm and tractors", this is what he got.  I wish my grass was a little darker green, but oh well.
The cupcakes had "grass" and an animal on top.
Doesn't the birthday boy look cute in his farm outfit Nana found for him.  Thanks Nana, this was perfect!
Leanna dressing the part of a hipster cowgirl.
If you zoom in you can see my creative side-ha!  I have the food labeled as garden veggies, hay bales, pigs in a blanket and sheep treats.  The cooler was the watering hole.
Farmer Landon on the go!  Thanks Aunt April for the most exciting gift of the party.  It was a hit.
Landon in his new cap and sporting a bandana for the party.
A few of the kiddos.... notice the bandanas.  I thought that'd be cute for our farm theme.
Great Granddaddy and Margie- we are so glad you came.  Granddaddy drove one handed to get here!
Doesn't he look like he's in a parade waving to the crowd?  His friend, Sarah, is the driver while Landon
relaxes in the back.

Landon and Sarah obviously found another ride.
Big sis, Leanna, helping Landon open presents.  A few of them he opened and said "awesome".  It was hilarious.  The clothes he got, he just threw out of the bags and onto the ground- that's a boy for ya.
Blowing out the two candles on his cake.  So cute!  What a big 2 year old.

Camping in the rain

What a cute couple!  Why let a little rain (like 1.5 inches in 24hrs) stop us from riding the 4-wheeler?
Nana and Landon all snuggled up.  All I packed were shorts and t-shirts b/c the temperature the day before was 100 degrees.  Who knew it would drop 30 degrees over one day?
Papa showing Landon all the cool stuff at the river.
We all shared these ponchos all weekend to try and stay dry.
 What do you see Leanna?
Leanna begged to ride, so Nana took her for a spin.

Fishing in the rain..... fell, broke the fishing pole, but still had fun.

Do you see Papa's shed in the background?  It is super nice, he did a fabulous job.
Say "cheese".

Sprinkler Time

 Cute little piggies
Who doesn't love a muscle man?

Leanna thought this was hilarious to do.
